Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

  • In a separate bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
