Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
