Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • pounds broccoli cut into evenly-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and kosher salt until the broccoli is well coated.
