- 1 1/3 cups bread flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

- Gradually add oil and water into the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. If the dough is too sticky to work with, add a small amount of flour.

- Preheat the oven to 475°F. Roll out the dough, place on a pizza pan or baking sheet, add desired toppings, and bake for 12-16 minutes until the crust is golden.
