No-Salt Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar white wine or balsamic
  • 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence or other herb blend
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, herbes de Provence, minced garlic, lemon juice, and pepper until well combined.
