Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes scrubbed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs rosemary leaves finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the potatoes into large 2-inch chunks.
