Microwave Baked Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples cored
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Prepare the apples by coring them, making sure to leave the bottom intact to hold the filling.

  • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon this mixture evenly into each cored apple.
