Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks thawed
  • 9 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey or agave

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    Smooth, yellow mango mixture for mango popsicles in a blender.
  • Pour into silicone popsicle molds (leaving a little room at the top) and place in the sticks.

  • Freeze until set, about 4 hours.

  • To remove, run some warm water over the molds and lift out the popsicles
