- 1 large, ripe mango peeled and diced
- 1 large, ripe avocado peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.

- Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with salt to taste. Gently toss to mix the ingredients.

- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld together for about 30 minutes before serving.
