Ingredients
- 6 plain bagels
- 2/3 cup cream cheese
- 8 ounces lox thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 5 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half. Toast them lightly if you like, then spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half.

- Layer salmon over the cream cheese. Add thin slices of red onion, spoon over the capers, and sprinkle chopped dill evenly.

- Plate the bagels immediately and enjoy your fresh lox bagel.
