Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- Whipped cream for decorating
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Mix until smooth.

- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, decorate with whipped cream and serve.
