Ingredients
- 1 can tuna (5 ounces) drained
- 2 1/2 tablespoons keto-friendly mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons celery diced
- 4 teaspoons red onion diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
- Fresh lettuce for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.

- Stir in the mayo until well mixed.

- Stir in the remaining ingredients.

- Serve on lettuce and enjoy!
