Ingredients
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 2 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Pour the almond flour into a bowl, and mix the flour with oregano and salt.
- Melt the mozzarella cheese in a microwave for about 1 minute.

- Add the melted mozzarella to the bowl with the almond flour and stir until combined. Mix very well until the dough is smooth.

- Put dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle until the dough is about 1/4 inch thick.

- Use a knife or pizza cutter and cut the dough out into small triangular shapes.

- Spread the keto chips on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until the chips are golden and crispy.
