- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeño seeded
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then arrange them in a single layer in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth, then spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.

- Sprinkle the diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese on top.

- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. In the final 5 minutes, uncover to allow the cheese to melt and bubble. Add green onions as a garnish before serving.
