Ingredients

  • 1 pound rolled, old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  • Get your hands on some rolled, old-fashioned oats. You can use regular OR gluten free oats, depending on your dietary needs.
  • Put the oats in a high-powered blender. As mentioned above, you'll need a Vitamix or Blendtec MOST LIKELY.
  • Put on the lid, crank the power up to high and wait for 1 minute or until the oats are powdery and fine, similar to how all purpose flour looks, but just a little bit more grainy! Since oats are a whole grain, the flour will look more like whole wheat
  • DONE
