Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out the yolks with a teaspoon and place them in a bowl. Arrange the hollow egg whites on a plate.
