Ingredients

  • 2 medium honeynut squash halved and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Brush the cut sides of the honeynut squash halves with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
