Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink in the center.

- Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.

- Stir in the hoisin sauce and cook until the chicken and broccoli is heated through and the sauce has thickened. Serve hot.
