Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- Pinch of salt
- 2 thick slices of bread of choice
- Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients up to the bread in a large container.

- Place the bread in and soak for 3-4 minutes per side.

- Melt coconut oil on a large griddle on medium heat.

- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

- DEVOUR with topping of choice!
