Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 thick slices of bread of choice
  • Coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  • Whisk all the ingredients up to the bread in a large container.
  • Place the bread in and soak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Melt coconut oil on a large griddle on medium heat.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  • DEVOUR with topping of choice!
