Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 425°F to 450°F.
  • Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds using a spoon or a jalapeño corer.

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and salt until well combined. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
