Ingredients

  • 5–7 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries, keeping the sizes consistent for even cooking.
