Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
  • 2 cups frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4-6 tablespoons honey adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine frozen strawberries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey.

  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and add more honey if desired for extra sweetness.

  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top. Cover with parchment paper to prevent ice crystals. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
