Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  • Combine ground pork, ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, grated onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
