Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 to 2 tablespoons water optional, for thinning
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

- Blend until smooth.

- If the dressing is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time, blending after each addition, until your desired consistency is reached.
