Easy Singapore Sling
Whip up a Singapore Sling, an East-inspired tropical cocktail that perfectly blends sweet and tart, and crowned with a fun pineapple wedge!

- 1 ½ oz. gin
- ½ oz. cherry brandy
- ¼ oz. Cointreau
- ¼ oz. Benedictine
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 1/3 oz. grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine, and bitters.
Cover and shake vigorously, about 20 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. (Optional)
