- 1 10-inch premade thin pizza crust
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar packed
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk plus more as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a pizza pan.
- Place the premade thin pizza crust on the pan.

- In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until the mixture becomes crumbly with small pieces of butter.

- Evenly sprinkle the crumb topping over the crust.

- Bake until the edges are lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.

- When the pizza is done baking, remove from oven and drizzle the icing over the warm crust. Slice and serve immediately.
