Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas frozen and cubed
  • 4 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

Instructions

  • Place bananas, dates, almond milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, and peanut butter into a high-speed blender.

  • Blend on high for 2 to 4 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  • Check the consistency. If the shake is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again.
  • Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately.
