Ingredients
- 2 large bananas frozen and cubed
- 4 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Place bananas, dates, almond milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, and peanut butter into a high-speed blender.

- Blend on high for 2 to 4 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

- Check the consistency. If the shake is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again.
- Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately.
