Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber grated and drained
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Grate the cucumber and use a clean cloth to squeeze out excess water. Mince the garlic and chop the dill.

  • In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper, and the olive oil. Mix until well combined.
