Ingredients

  • 2 large English cucumbers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper julienned
  • 1 avocado thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Trim the ends off the cucumbers and use a vegetable peeler to slice them into thin, flat strips until you reach the seedy core. Discard the core.
