Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • Combine the thinly sliced cucumbers and red onions in a large mixing bowl.
