Ingredients
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 1/2 cup prepared sushi rice
- 4 pieces shrimp tempura
- 1 medium avocado sliced
- 5 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs toasted
Instructions
- Place nori on sushi mat, rough side up.
- Evenly spread the sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small margin at the edges, then flip it over so the rice is on the bottom.

- Place shrimp tempura in a line at one edge of the nori, and layer avocado slices on top.

- Using the sushi mat, roll the sushi tightly, ensuring the fillings stay in place.

- Sprinkle toasted panko breadcrumbs over the sushi roll and gently press to adhere.

- Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 6 equal pieces.
