Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and brown the pork chops on both sides.

  • Place the browned pork chops in the Crock-Pot. Pour chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup over the chops.
