Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops pounded to 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Season flattened pork chops with salt and pepper. Set aside.
