Ingredients
- 1 cup pistachio nuts
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup white chocolate drops
Instructions
- Place the pistachio nuts, oats, and cranberries in a food processor and blend for 2 minutes, until it forms a coarse crumb.

- Add the pitted dates, ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, and white chocolate drops. Blend again until the mixture comes together.

- Use your hands to break off pieces about the size of a tablespoon and roll them into balls. Repeat until all the mixture has been used. Chill until ready to serve.
