Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate drops
Instructions
- Add the oats to the food processor and blend to a coarse crumb.

- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Blend it all together until it's smooth.

- Break off chunks of the dough and roll it into balls, squeezing as you go. Repeat until you have finished all the dough.
