Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate drops

Instructions

  • Add the oats to the food processor and blend to a coarse crumb.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Blend it all together until it's smooth.

  • Break off chunks of the dough and roll it into balls, squeezing as you go. Repeat until you have finished all the dough.
