Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 4-5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 pinches kosher salt optional
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Fresh fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers for dipping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.

- Gradually add the powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons brown sugar to the creamed mixture, beating until fluffy. Taste and add more brown sugar if desired.

- Mix in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with your choice of dippers.
