- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate finely chopped
- 16 ounces fresh strawberries stems attached, thoroughly dried
- Chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles optional toppings
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Carefully melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals. Stir at each interval, until smooth and fully melted.

- Holding a strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, place it on the prepared baking sheet.

- If using toppings, dip the chocolate-covered strawberry into your choice of chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set quickly.
