Ingredients

  • 2 eggs lightly whisked
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 3/4 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 large chicken breasts cut into strips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
