Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the marinade ingredients until smooth.

- Place the chicken drumsticks in a large resealable bag with the marinade. Seal the bag, and massage the marinade into the drumsticks.

- Refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Arrange the marinated drumsticks on a foil-lined and greased baking sheet.

- Bake for 25 minutes, turn the drumsticks, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked. Top with fresh parsley when serving.
