Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms. If the dough is dry, add 1 more tablespoon of water at a time until it comes together.

- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Let it rest covered for 20 minutes.

- In a bowl, mix together crumbled feta, chopped parsley, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

- Divide the dough into 8 parts. Roll each part into a thin circle, spread cheese mixture on half of each circle, then fold over to cover.

- Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each gözleme until golden brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.
