Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots peeled and sliced thinly into rounds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Preferred sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until evenly coated.
