Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 large heads Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise. Gradually add the olive oil while whisking. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
