Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into evenly-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup salted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, toss the florets with the canola oil until fully coated. Add the flour and garlic powder. Toss again. Add the milk and bread crumbs. Toss until fully coated.

  • Spread the florets out on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, until crispy.

  • Meanwhile, mix the melted butter and hot sauce together in a separate bowl.

  • Dip each floret into the sauce and place it back onto the baking tray or on a wire rack to allow the excess sauce to drip off.
