Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower cut into evenly-sized florets
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup salted butter melted
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the florets with the canola oil until fully coated. Add the flour and garlic powder. Toss again. Add the milk and bread crumbs. Toss until fully coated.

- Spread the florets out on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, until crispy.

- Meanwhile, mix the melted butter and hot sauce together in a separate bowl.

- Dip each floret into the sauce and place it back onto the baking tray or on a wire rack to allow the excess sauce to drip off.
