Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- Ingredients required for brownie mix usually oil, water, eggs
- 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons whole milk
- Vegetable oil as needed
Instructions
- Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to the package instructions in a 9x13 inch pan. Allow to cool completely.

- In a medium bowl, mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, salt, vanilla, and softened butter until creamy, thick, and smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled brownies.

- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Add milk and stir to thin the chocolate slightly. If needed, add 1/2 teaspoon of oil at a time to thin it more until desired consistency.

- Pour over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly. Allow to set in the refrigerator before cutting into squares.
