Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta spaghetti, penne, or your favorite type

  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes chopped

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt and 8 ounces of pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
