Big Mac Tacos filled with ground beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, and special sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles

Instructions

  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, ketchup, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Adjust seasonings as needed. Set aside.

  • Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions and place each portion on a tortilla, leaving a border around the edge.

  • Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high. Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 2–4 minutes until browned.

  • Flip the tortilla. Place American cheese on the cooked beef and cook for 1–2 minutes until melted and lightly toasted.
