Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 4 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried fennel seed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. For the best flavor, use a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder to lightly crush and blend the spices.

- Transfer the blended spices to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place and shake before each use to ensure the spices are evenly mixed.
