Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and place them in the blender.
  • Add the milk and vanilla extract to the blender with the bananas.
