Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in a medium-sized mixing bowl until smooth.
