Ingredients

  • ½ mashed ripe banana
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk any variety
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed optional
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a bowl or a sealable jar, mash the banana thoroughly.
